Data controller

Iberoute is the controller of the personal data collected on this site. For any question, write to bernardo@iberoute.com.

What we collect

Only the details you send us when you request a quote or contact us: name, company, phone, email and the details of the transport.

What we use it for

To answer your request, prepare the quote and carry out the transport. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and performing the contract.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to answer them, and records of completed jobs for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

Sharing

We do not sell or pass on your data. If you send your request by WhatsApp or email, the message travels through those services.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, and object to its processing. You can also complain to the supervisory authority (CNPD in Portugal).
