Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before booking urgent transport.
General
What is the difference between on demand and dedicated?
On demand is a one-off urgent transport, for one destination on one day. Dedicated is a partnership with a tailored proposal, for recurring transport. Either way, the van is exclusive to you.
What kind of goods do you carry?
Pallets, boxes, parts, equipment, trade-show material, documents and samples, within the weight and volume limits of our vans. We do not carry live animals, dangerous goods without prior agreement, or illegal goods.
What van sizes do you have?
Three: a small van (up to about 600 kg), a large van (up to about 1,200 kg or 4 pallets) and a box van for the bulkiest loads (about 20 m³ or 8 pallets).
How do I get a quote?
Fill in the quote form or contact us directly. We need the origin, destination, type of goods, approximate size or weight, and the date you need.
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Yes. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
Which areas do you cover?
All of mainland Portugal and Spain, in both directions.
Dedicated transport
How is a contract priced?
On the routes, frequency, van size and schedules. You get a fixed proposal before anything starts.
Can the frequency change over time?
Yes. The cadence follows the operation and is reviewed when volumes change.
Do you also handle emergencies outside the plan?
Yes. Dedicated clients can book on-demand transport at any hour.
Urgent transport
How quickly can you collect?
It depends on the address and availability at that moment. We give you the exact time before you confirm.
Do you work nights and weekends?
Yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, public holidays included.
Is delivery the same day?
Whenever distance and driving-time rules allow. Across Portugal and much of Spain, a morning collection arrives the same day.
Industry and just-in-time
Can you respond to a line stoppage in the middle of the night?
Yes. We are available 24/7. Send us the collection and destination and we give you a collection time straight away.
Does the van make other deliveries on the way?
No. It drives without stops from collection to the destination plant.
Do you work with suppliers in Spain?
Yes. We collect from Spanish suppliers and deliver to Portuguese plants, and the other way round, in a single van.
Portugal–Spain
How long is Lisbon–Madrid?
About 625 km and 6 hours of driving. A morning collection in Lisbon reaches Madrid the same day.
Is there customs?
No. Portugal and Spain are both in the EU single market. Only the CMR note is needed, and we handle it.
Do you run Spain → Portugal?
Yes, in both directions and from anywhere in Spain.
Is your operation about to stop?
A fixed price and a collection time, at any hour.
